of the proposal to our investment groups. |

Once
the supervisory board of the approriate
funding source group has approved the initial
proposal, we assist in conducting due diligence
and negotiating terms of the transaction.

A
final investment proposal is prepared and
then sbmitted to the supervisory board of
the investor for final approval.

The
investment group board approves all investment
decisions.
