D. YOUNG, is also the founder and Chief Executive
Officer of Spyder Technologies
from early 1995. She
has experience in electronic commerce with this
company which started in web development and now
specializes in IT consultant services. Spyder
Technologies is also considering expansion into
e-card manufacturing and services. Ms. Young
also worked in the legal field (conveyancing,
commercial, estates, wills and trusts) as a legal
executive for five years in Auckland, New Zealand.
She is very well travelled and has developed
an extensive network of global business relationships.
Ms. Young graduated from
Southern Methodist University, 1994, Dallas, Texas
with a Bachelors of Art (Summa Cum Laude, Phi
Beta Kappa). She is also a Graduate, Auckland
Institute of Technology, 1987, Auckland, New Zealand
(Legal Executive Diploma) and has completed Additional
Papers (Information Technology), University of
California Berkeley, 1997.
She is fluent in English
and conversational in French, Japanese and Malay.

and Partner in CS Law and Co. (accounting
and taxation practice) in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
with a speciality in international taxation. He
is also co-founder of an express coach company
which operates throughout peninsular Malaysia.
Mr. Law graduated from Nanyang
Technological University in Singapore in 1992
with a Bachelor of Accounting Degree.
He is fluent in English,
